Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter the competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. All entries must be fully completed to be valid, and only one entry may be submitted per person.
3. Directors, management and employees of Triathlon New Zealand Inc., Contact Energy, Asics, Banana Boat, Vitasport, Choice Hotels, Johnson & Johnson, House of Travel, Suzuki, and 2XU and associated agencies, or the member of the immediate families of any such persons, are not eligible to enter or win a prize in this competition.
4. The competition is conducted by Triathlon New Zealand Inc., 4 Clayton St, Newmarket, Auckland.
5. The competition, known as "Contact Prize Pack” competition, commences at 2.30 pm on 4th December 2010 and closes at midnight on 14 April 2011.
6. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents, aged over 16 years at date of entry.
7. There will be ten (10) winners (the "Winners”) with one to be chosen on Tuesday of each week of the competition. Each winner will be determined by random draw. The draws will take place at the offices of Triathlon New Zealand Inc., 4 Clayton St, Newmarket, Auckland with the first draw on 16 December 2010 and the last on 15 April 2011.
8. Each weekly winner will receive a credit from Contact Energy for $200, one 2XU C2 wetsuit, one $250 ASICS voucher, Choice Hotels Accomdation voucher, Banana Boat Prizepack, Compeed Prizepack, Vitasport prizepack and a Suzuki Umbrella.
9. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
10. In addition to any other rights, Triathlon New Zealand Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the competition or who acts in violation of these terms and conditions.
11. Triathlon New Zealand Inc. does not accept responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or mutilated entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.
12. All entries become the property of Triathlon New Zealand Inc. and every entrant consents to his name and contact details being included on a database to be used in future by Triathlon New Zealand Inc. in any mail, email, SMS or other campaigns.
13. Contact's $200 including GST credit is only available to winners who are Contact Energy Limited ("Contact") customers or, where they are not, when the winner/s switch/es their electricity and/or gas supply to Contact. The credit will be applied to the winner's Contact energy supply account only.
- Where the winner needs to switch to Contact, the supply of energy will be subject to the winner meeting Contact's credit and other criteria and to Contact's standard terms and conditions of supply will apply (see Contact's website for further details). If the winner does not meet Contact's criteria then the $200 credit will not be awarded.
- If the winner is not 18 years or older, and therefore cannot become a customer of Contact, the account credit will be applied to the Contact customer account of the winner’s choice or the Contact customer account of the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
- The Contact $200 credit is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
