Triathlon New Zealand is the National Body for triathlon, duathlon and multisport.  We encourage all athletes to join an affiliated club as well as Tri NZ to ensure you get all round support.  Tri NZ has 27 affiliated clubs through out the country to help foster and grow the sport from the grass roots through to elite. Note: To be selected for a World Champs Team or to represent NZ over seas you also need to be a member of an affiliated club.

How Much does Membership Cost?
The Membership fee is $10 

Membership Year:
Our membership year runs from 1 November to 30 October.  Membership for the forthcoming year opens on 1 October through your club or from the 1 November as a direct member.

Clubs:
You can either join Triathlon New Zealand directly, or through your local triathlon club.  Clubs provide a range of support services for athletes including training groups, coaching services, events and social functions. What do I get for joining Triathlon New Zealand?

For your $10 membership you will receive:

• Tri NZ Welcome Pack
  Including: Tri NZ Membership Card; Tri NZ Pen; Tri NZ Desk Calendar; Tri NZ Sticker. 
• Regular newsletters and other updates on events, news, coaching tips, etc.
• Entitlement for medals at National Champ events
• Entitlement for World Champ Team Selection (you also need to be a current member of a Tri NZ Affiliated Club)
