22nd August 2010.  This event is held in conjunction with the Contact Duathlon Series, Christchurch.

Categories and Entry Fees:

Note: age is taken as at 1 January 2010.  This differs from the National Duathlon Championships where age is taken as at 31 December 2010 (Tri NZ Rules).

Also note that team and individual races will take place at the same time, therefore you cannot participate in both.

9:30am     U19 (Individuals and Teams), this is the same time for the Contact Duathlon Sprint Race
11:30am   U16 (Individuals and Teams)
12:45pm   U14 (Individuals and Teams), this is the same start time for the Contact Duathlon Short Race
1:30pm     Year 7 & 8 (Individuals and Teams)

2:30pm    Prize-giving will be held at 2:30pm or as soon as the last competitor has finished, note that this maybe slighly earlier than 2:30pm.

Special requirements for school event competitors:

Disc wheels, tri spokes, wheel covers or deep rimmed wheels over 45mm (when measured from rim edge)

are not permitted.

All wheels must have a minimum of 12 spokes.  

Tri bars / aero bars are permitted.
