WeetBix Post Race Checklist

Congratulations on completing your Weet-Bix Tryathlon! It is fantastic to see so many of you having fun at the Weet-Bix Tryathlon.

Triathlon is a great sport to do and is very good for a growing body. This is because triathlon is made up of three different sports and involves a wide range of muscle groups, so you can grow strong and keep fit!

Tell us your story

If you have a story to tell us about your triathlon experience please email them to us. We love to hear how much fun you have!

Need a NEW Challenge?

If you have done the Weet-Bix Tryathlon for a few years and want to try something a bit more challenging The Contact 3:9:3 is just for you! Very simply the 3:9:3 is a 300m swim that is close to the shore. A 9km cycle, so you can use a mountain bike or your mum's old road bike. An to finish it's a 3km run/walk!

You don’t need flash gear to compete; all you need is swimming goggles, swim suit, bike/mountain bike and a pair of shoes. You can compete as either an individual or if you want to you can get together with friend family or work mates and enter as team.

There are 6 locations that have a Contact 3:9:3.

Rotorua
